I am in the middle of making this lovely hat and am at a loss as to what "draw together" means. Yes, I am a beginner (only beenies and scarfs) but I know you can't simply drop all of the stitches (using double point needles rather and circular)and pull together... Help!
To "draw together", just thread the end onto a large plastic needle and run it through the remaining stitches. Then you can use the same needle to sew the seam down the side. If you don't have enough yarn left, you can use something complimentary for this as it doesn't show if you are careful.
This is a wonderful yarn, a great hat, an easy to make gift - and thank you for sharing!
Draw together - yes, that was my question, too. But I just want to clarify since I'm still learning how to knit, too. Remove the circular needles, cut the yarn with enough leftover to thread through the remaining loops in the same direction as you were knitting, then pull together and tie it off. Still need specific directions as I learn. :) I hope that is correct.
